Transilvania IT Cluster – Orchestrator

Transilvania IT Cluster is the largest IT&C cluster in Romania, it operates in the North-Western region of Romania since 2013 and has more than 180 members.

Transilvania IT Cluster established Transilvania Digital Innovation Hub in 2017 and since then it acts as a provider of competences, know-how, innovation programs, support for startups and SMEs in the region through a cross-sectoral approach.

The gold labelled cluster represents a bridge on a local, regional, national and international level and has strong links and direct connections with the actors from Transylvania’s ecosystem.

Bianca Muntean

Transilvania DIH coordinator

Bianca Muntean is the Cluster Manager of Gold Labeled Transilvania IT with over 20 years of experience in ecosystem building. She is a member of the European Cluster Expert Group, DG Grow, European Commission and also has an active participation in different Consultative Councils.

Mihai Pop

Project Manager

Mihai Pop has 10 years of experience in organizational development and project management working at both national and European levels. He has coordinated teams of projects funded through various national and European Programs, like: Youth in Action, Erasmus+, EEA Grants and ESF.

Alexandru Roja

DMA Expert

Alexandru Roja has 20 years of experience in academia and research, with expertise in topics such as innovation management, entrepreneurship, strategic management, strategic intelligence, knowledge management and digital transformation.

Andra Tănase

DMA Expert

Andra is Green and Digital Strategist, Project Manager and Capacity Building Specialist at Transilvania IT Cluster and has worked for the last 20 years in training, management and design of projects and programs in the fields of digital transformation, development cooperation, conflict management and formal education and non-formal.
